SSANGYONG STAVIC review in detail:

If you can look beyond the somewhat odd styling of the SsangYong Stavic you will find a big, practical people mover at a more-than-reasonable price.

There is plenty of space for seven people in a two/two/three seating arrangement.

The centre seating row consists of two reasonably spacious bucket seats that
can slide back and forward individually.

The rearmost seat is a bench arrangement that can also be longitudinally adjusted.

It can have good legroom for adults, but in width it's probably better suited to three children.

Note that the view out from the rearmost seats is spoiled by that unusual sloping side-rear panel.

Even when the seats are set up to give good legroom there's still plenty of space for luggage.

All the seats behind the front buckets can be removed without too much of a hassle to create a van-ike interior.

Power comes from a Mercedes-Benz-designed turbo-diesel engine that's refined in operation.

The engine generally drives the rear wheels, but a 4WD is offered for those who want to explore forest trails, perhaps even drive on the beach.
